Retail In An Emoji World

In keeping in current focus of attracting new franchisees by targeting your existing retail customers, I’d like show you a video on how to even get customers excited about your concept in the first place.

I’ve heard franchisee prospects say things like, “The customer service at [store] is incredible.” or “After shopping at [store] for almost a year, I have never once been disappointed with my shopping experience.”

These are the things that matter most to future franchisees. So it’s important to start your recruiting efforts at the customer level and increase the brand experience from there.
